Terms, Conditions, and Policies: All terms, conditions, and policies are subject to California law and are in accordance with the Merchant/Seller requirements of our payment processors for online credit card transactions.
Customer Information Security: Move Over Princess makes every effort to keep your personal information private and secure. Move Over Princess offers the ability to checkout using PayPal checkout. Move Over Princess will take no responsibility in case of stolen customer information that is transmitted over the internet.
Payment Methods: Move Over Princess supports credit card payments by using our secure online shopping cart processed through Shopify payments or PayPal’s secure checkout. If for any reason Move Over Princess is unaware that the purchased item is unavailable at the time of charging the credit card, Move Over Princess will refund total payment back onto the same credit card which was used to make the payment and cancel the order.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Once your order is placed, you cannot change, alter, or cancel your order in any way unless authorized by a Move Over Princess supervisor. In the event an item in your order is not available in stock or by special order you will be offered alternatives by Move Over Princess and the option to receive a full refund. Move Over Princess reserves the right to refuse any order placed through MoveOverPrincess.com.
Returns: We value our customers and want your shopping experience at Move Over Princess to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we strive to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. We've worked diligently to have one of the best return policies in the formal wear business but returns are subject to several limitations which can be found here. Product Availability Disclosure: Move Over Princess has made efforts to display accurately the products featured on our site. In the event that an item in your order is not available in stock for immediate shipment, Move Over Princess will automatically defer to placing a special order with the manufacturer and you will be contacted with a shipping date estimate. Move Over Princess is not responsible for errors made when the customer selects a dress size and cannot guarantee a dress will fit. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to have proper measurements taken and then select the size that best fits them based on the respective designers size chart. Move Over Princess reserves the right to change the size charts at any time. As MoveOverPrincess.com is not set up to display what is currently in stock in our designers warehouses, please use the "Contact Us" form to check on dress availability before placing your special order.
Changes to Site: We reserve the right to make changes to our site without prior notice to you or any past customers.
Limitation of Liability: Move Over Princess does not warrant that: 1) the contents of this site will be accurate, reliable or free of error, 2) that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or, 3) that your use of this site will be without interruption.
Special Orders: A special order is defined as, but not limited to; custom made items, made to order items, items that are not available in our stock inventory and must be ordered from the respective manufacturer/designer. If the size/color/style ordered is not available in our stock inventory, Move Over Princess will automatically defer to placing a special order with the respective designer only if the item can be delivered to you by the prom/event date listed on your order.
Chargebacks and Disputes: The Move Over Princess Returns Department will make every effort, within their means according to this policy, to avoid the need for chargebacks or disputes. However, if for any reason, a customer disputes an authorized charge with their credit card company or bank, that customer will automatically incur a $50 charge and/or reduction from the total amount of credit returned.
International Policies: All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges. Any order received for international shipping to banned countries will be cancelled.
